Trauma Informed Coach
Helping you find clarity from the inside out.

AboutI'm a senior NHS leader with nearly two decades of clinical and leadership experience. I originally trained as a Speech and Language Therapist, working in adult services.Alongside my NHS role I'm working towards my ICF Associate Certified Coach credential through an internationally accredited trauma-informed coaching programme.I believe that self-knowledge and self-authorship are the foundations of meaningful work, and a life that feels aligned with your true self.My coaching is grounded, curious, and unhurried. I work with people at points of transition, growth, or uncertainty, helping them access what they already know and move forward with more clarity and intention.

What is coaching?Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, or advice-giving. It is a structured, confidential thinking partnership, focused entirely on you, your goals, your patterns, your next steps.Sessions are led by your agenda, held with care, and designed to create genuine insight and forward movement. As your coach I will ask questions, reflect back what I hear, and help you think more clearly about what you want and what might be getting in the way.

Working with meI am currently offering coaching to health students at the University of East Anglia at an introductory rate of three sessions for £45.Each session is 50 minutes, held online via video call. Sessions are available on Friday afternoons and at weekends. This is an ideal opportunity if you are navigating the transition from student to practitioner, managing the pressures of placement, or simply want dedicated space to think about who you are and where you are heading.
